We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

  • Eligibility: Return within 7 days of delivery

  • Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

  • Non-Returnable: Final sale items, custom orders, and accessories

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at cc@mir2mad.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size/product is not available, we will issue a refund.

cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email us immediately to request cancellation.
