At Mir2Mad Cloth Private Limited (“Mir2Mad”, “we”, “our”, “us”), customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or color)

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Innerwear, clearance sale items, or customized products (if applicable)
  • Returns requested after the specified return window

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your Order ID
  3. Attach clear images/videos showing the issue
  4. Mention the reason for return

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.


4. Return Approval & Pickup

  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to service availability).
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days.

Refund Mode:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders (pre-dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • In case of self-shipping, courier charges will not be reimbursed unless approved.
