- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned.

Mir2Mad is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.

- Courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin.

- Share clear images/videos of the package and product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
10. Undelivered or Lost Shipments
- In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner.
- Resolution may include replacement or refund, based on the investigation outcome.
